YINN ADVISORY was founded by Emily Cheng, an interim strategy, finance and transformation leader with 15 years of experience helping global organisations translate complex strategy into execution.
She is known for cross-functional alignment, bringing structure under pressure, and earning trust across global stakeholder groups. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, people and technology, with a growing focus on AI-enabled transformation.

Outside of work, she is an endurance sports enthusiast and ride leader, having completed four half marathons in a year, leading long-distance rides with Rapha Cycling Club, and recently picking up padel as a new hobby, bringing the same disciplined, resilient and adaptable mindset to how YINN Advisory guides clients through complex change to tangible results.
